How To Make Sweet Potato Baby Food

How To Make Sweet Potato Puree – Sweet 


  • 1 sweet potato (firm)
  • Raisins (4)
  • Cinnamon (a dash)
  • Applesauce 
  • Peach (1/2 a peach diced)


First, rinse and peel the sweet potato using a vegetable peeler or a knife and dice it into small pieces. Now, boil the sweet potato chunks in 0.5 liters of water. Once the water bubbles drain the sweet potatoes and rinse them with cold water. Next, put them in a food processor or a blender and blend until the consistency is smooth and creamy. Finally, transfer the puree to a small bowl and add applesauce, raisins, and a dash of cinnamon for a sweet flavor. The end product should be about 5 ounces of puree.

Add the mild curry powder and a little bit of water so that the puree is of creamy consistency. You should be able to achieve that in 2 minutes.
